I see you removed the comment asking how these things could be moved. It has all been done and show how to be done on video. The shape of the pyramid actually makes the process easier not more difficult. The video is right here on youtube. Just search Modern Stonehenge or Wally Wallington and you will see one man moving Stonehenge size stones into place all by himself with very low tech tools. Pyramid stuff on his site.
